Hi, I’m Siobhan and I'm looking forward to sharing my love for Yoga, Meditation and Wellbeing with you.
Yoga and Meditation have provided me with healing tools for my mind and body. I feel that these practices have been the greatest gift to me, teaching me how to care for myself so I can then go out and care for others.
I offer a range of classes in different areas that I'm passionate about - ranging from classes for the Corporate world, to adult's Hatha Yoga, to classes for older children that are focused on improving the general wellbeing of those attending through work on mindset as well as movement and mindfulness.
