Shining Self Space workshops empower your child to SHINE.

In this space your child is offered gentle encouragement to discover their true self, their strengths and talents and what lights them up. These workshops offer a safe supportive space, designed with their enjoyment and comfort at the forefront of our minds.

Our mission is to gently encourage, motivate and empower tweens and teens with life skills to take home with them and benefit from in the years to follow.

These workshops are formulated to include evidence-based techniques, and are delivered through active, fun and creative activities such as movement (Yoga, Workout or Dance), creativity and craft, group discussions, trust and relationship building, mindfulness, journalling and reflection!

Attendees leave our workshops feeling positive, more confident and self-aware, having made new friends.

These workshops are delivered by Siobhan and her team of professionals ranging from Primary teachers, Mindfulness educators, Fitness professionals and Childcare professionals. All of the team have blue cards.

 

We have a COVID safe plan. In the event of changing restrictions, lockdown  or quarantine, you are entitled to a refund or credit note, or transfer.
