Our mission is to gently encourage, motivate and empower tweens and teens with life skills to take home with them and benefit from in the years to follow.

Our workshops are formulated to include evidence-based techniques, and are delivered through active, fun and creative activities such as movement (Yoga or Dance), group discussions, trust and relationship building, mindfulness, and reflection!

Attendees leave our workshops feeling positive, more confident and self-aware, having made new friends.

We have a COVID safe plan and refunds/credit notes are available in the case of date changes due to the changing situation.
