Yoga and meditation are proven to increase focus, helping employees make decisions in a more efficient manner. Employees who practice Corporate Yoga also know that after class they have a clearer mind and are more productive.

Yoga in your workplace keeps employees fit, healthy and focused.
As an employee in a desk job, wouldn’t it feel amazing to have a little break for some nourishing Yoga where you’d re-focus and re-calibrate your mind and body, before returning to do a few more hours of work?
How about a class that would help you stretch those muscles and joints that have been sitting in one position most of the day?
A gentle stretch can also benefit you if you work in a job where you’re on your feet a lot, moving the same muscles repetitively.
Sitting for long periods can lead to injuries and discomfort in the body, as you may already know. Just like you, I used to spend most of my day in a chair at my desk, only getting up for meetings, where I’d just spend more time sitting in a different location. It’s not surprising that I developed lower back discomfort and shoulder pain, as is all too common when we sit a lot.
One study found that employees who exercised on their work days were more productive, calmer and had a greater sense of wellbeing than on days when they did not exercise - you can read more here
